Important: We are not a boiler installation company, gas engineering contractor, or plumbing service. We do not employ heating engineers, we do not carry out gas or boiler repairs ourselves, and we do not offer or arrange emergency breakdown callouts.

3. Relationships with Third-Party Providers

Any contract, arrangement, or verbal agreement for boiler repairs, servicing or installations is made solely between you and the matched participating service provider. Birmingham Boiler Repair Quotes is not a party to any contract and accepts no liability whatsoever for:

• The accuracy of quotes, pricing or estimates provided by matched contractors.
• The quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any gas or boiler work carried out.
• Any damage, loss, or dispute arising from interactions or contracts with matched providers.

We require participating providers doing gas work to be appropriately **Gas Safe registered**. However, you must inspect the physical Gas Safe ID card of any attending engineer upon arrival at your home to verify their active registration status before work starts.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit in our multi-step form is accurate, complete and true.
• If you are a tenant, you have obtained necessary landlord or managing agent permission before requesting boiler or gas-safety related quotes (except in real, life-safety gas emergencies where direct emergency lines should be called).
• You will not use this platform to submit fake, duplicated or spam enquiries.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and matching service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that we will match you with a provider, that matched providers will respond, or that their services will meet your expectations.
