What is a Participating Service Provider?
A participating service provider is a local heating company or independent plumber covering your area who has registered with our quote-matching service to receive customer leads for boiler servicing, repairs or installations.
How Details are Shared
We do not broadcast your details publicly. If your request matches their service capabilities and coverage area, we may securely share your contact details (name, phone number, email) and boiler issue details with up to 3 selected local participating service providers. They will only use your details to contact you directly regarding your specific quote request.
Verification & Gas Safe Registration
Any provider undertaking gas boiler repairs, installations, replacements or gas safety checks must, by law, be appropriately registered with the UK **Gas Safe Register**.
- We check and record Gas Safe Registration numbers for our participating providers.
- We do not claim that all registered providers are fully verified until active credentials have been submitted and double-checked by our administrator.
- For your peace of mind, we always recommend verifying your matched engineer's physical Gas Safe ID card on your doorstep before allowing gas-related work to commence.
Your Privacy Control
We respect your privacy. Submitting an enquiry does not authorize providers to contact you for unrelated marketing unless you explicitly opt in to additional communications. You are under no obligation to accept any quote, and you can request not to be contacted further by any matched provider at any time.
